Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Concord, California.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, supporting the sales process from inquiry to delivery. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, operations, planning, and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving operational efficiency and business growth. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and shipment updates.
• Process customer orders, returns, and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotes, maintaining customer records, and coordinating customer requests.
• Provide order status updates, resolve customer issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support office administration, reporting, and general business operations.
• 3+ years of customer service, order processing, sales support, or administrative experience.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and managing customer orders from receipt through fulfillment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems is preferred.

Hourly range: $31.73 - $36.00
