You'll thrive at this company if you are highly energetic, intuitive, passionate about customer experience, and have a love for Campervans and the outdoors.The Customer Service Representative is a vital member of the team responsible for all inbound & outbound communication with our customer base. In this position, you will be supported by our headquarters in Denver, CO while overseeing the entire rental lifecycle amongst our 4 offices. In this role, you are the face/voice of Native Campervans.If you have a love for Campervans and are looking to work for a start‑up company within the outdoor industry that has notable career advancement, this might be the perfect job for you.Responsibilities Handle Customer-Facing Communication across all ChannelsHandling phone calls, emails, texts, videochat, webchat, and other customer inquiries using our Internal Tools.Assist customers while on their trips. Work with them if any issues and questions arise and handle complaints promptly and professionally according to the CX Department's expectations and guidelines.Assist in Roadside Assistance Calls in accordance with Native's processes.Being a resource for individuals looking to book their trip with itinerary planning, camping spots, and not-to-miss sights.Execute the Responsibilities of the Customer Experience DepartmentAllocating customer bookings via all channels (ie. Online, Phone, 3rd Party Sites etc.)Perform and Execute Daily Department Checklist ItemsUpdating Bookings, Customer-related and vehicle-specific information in Booking SoftwareWork and communicate with Operations Managers on Booking-specific issuesAssist in the coordination, scheduling, and communication of customer pick-ups & drop-offs utilizing our internal tools.Requirements Must be able to work weekends, & holidaysSelf-starter. Demonstrates ability to work independently in high-stress situationsImpeccable customer service skills – phone, email, and textQualifications Fully Remote work available (home address must be in Colorado, or Nevada)Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday4 x 10 Hour ShiftsOccasional Opportunities for OvertimeOccasionally deployed to assist with Campervan moves between locationsDetails Starting Hourly Wage: $22Unlimited PTO401k Retirement Plan (no matching at this time)Free use of vans for up to 4 days annually for your own vanlife adventure.
