We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle B2B order processing, issue resolution, and key account support on a temporary, part-time basis.
Location: South Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: Monday and Tuesday – 16-20 hours/week
Duration: Approximately 8-10 weeks
What You’ll Do
Enter customer orders (via email, EDI, phone, and fax) into the ERP system accurately using 10-key; apply approved discounts, terms, and shipping instructions.
Investigate shipping delays, billing discrepancies, and damaged product claims; issue adjustments and credits promptly.
Maintain a regular outbound call cycle with existing accounts and prospects, introducing new products and updates.
Work with labeling, warehouse, and management to track inventory, back-orders, and delivery timelines.
What You Need
2+ years in B2B customer service, inside sales, or order entry (manufacturing, CPG, or distribution preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP/order-management software, and 10-key entry.
Strong grasp of business math (discounts, percentages) and clear, professional written/verbal communication.
High school diploma or GED required.
