Customer Service Rep - Work From Home - No Experience Required

About the Position

In this role, you'll connect with clients virtually and help them navigate their available benefit programs. You'll serve as a reliable point of contact, making sure clients receive clear information, have their questions answered, and understand the options available to them.

Rather than simply providing information, you'll focus on creating a positive client experience and developing relationships built on trust and dependable service.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients through phone and virtual appointments
• Learn about individual needs and provide relevant benefit information
• Explain coverage and program details in a simple, understandable way
• Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
• Review existing benefit options with clients when appropriate
• Stay knowledgeable about current programs, services, and updates
• Complete and maintain necessary digital documentation
• Follow up with clients and build lasting professional relationships
