Customer Service Represenative

Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Welcome clients into our Greeley office and make them feel supported from the moment they walk through our doors.

Manage daily policy inquiries, billing questions, and coverage adjustments with accuracy and care.

Document all client interactions clearly so we can provide consistent support across our entire office.

Review existing insurance programs to ensure our families are protected against life's unexpected moments.

Collaborate with our agents to resolve complex issues while maintaining a positive and helpful atmosphere.

Maintain organized records and handle administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly each day.

State of Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance License.

State of Colorado Life and Health Insurance License.

Previous experience working in a professional office or customer service role.

Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.

Attention to detail when documenting client interactions and processing policy changes.

Warm and clear phone communication skills.
