• Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance

• Assist with additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative

Required

• 
  
• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, customer support, or contact center environment
• 
  
• Experience managing shared inboxes and handling a high volume of email communication
• 
  
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Copilot

• Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
