Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support high-priority logistics operations. This role is heavily focused on shipment coordination, tracking, and communication across internal teams and drivers. The position supports critical, high-value shipments and requires strong attention to detail, urgency, and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery
• Provide frequent status updates and ensure accurate tracking of high-value loads
• Communicate directly with drivers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Manage multiple email inboxes and respond promptly to inquiries
• Utilize transportation management systems to trace shipments and update records
• Prepare shipping documentation including bills of lading and proof of delivery
• Maintain hourly tracking updates for sensitive or high-risk shipments
• Identify and resolve service issues while escalating complex situations when needed
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience within freight brokerage or 3PL environments
• Background in dispatch, operations, or logistics coordination preferred
• Experience communicating with drivers is required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
