Job Title: Customer Service Representative 4
Location: 2120 West End Ave
Duration: 12 months
Position s Contributions to Work Group:
- Provide regional support to dealer request and administrative functions to the team as a whole
Reason/motivation for request:
- Backfill
Typical task breakdown:
Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
Interaction with team:
- Daily communication with Team Leads and other reps
Team Structure
- 14-person team, all reporting to work director
Work environment:
- All office
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience:5-7 years of customer service experience
- Degree requirement:Bachelor s degree required.
