What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for
Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism and empathy
Resolving product, order, shipping, and return issues while escalating complex concerns as needed
Advising customers on return and warranty processes and processing replacements when applicable
Sharing customer trends, issues, and insights with the team to support improvements
Recommending products and services to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have
One to two years of customer service experience, including chat and email support; e-commerce experience is a plus
Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tasks

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Columbus, OH and offers full-time first-shift hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Mandatory overtime may be required.
