We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative-Administrative. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a dynamic team from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding production, receipts, and shipments of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventories and resolve inventory/reporting issues.
• Professionally respond to customer inquiries and demonstrate teamwork.
• Follow up on tasks with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test.

Preferences

• Previous administrative or customer accounts experience.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
