Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $37,000 - $42,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

• 
  
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by providing outstanding support via phone, email, and chat
• 
  
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient technician routing and maximum customer satisfaction
• 
  
• Communicate with technicians regarding schedules, updates, delays, and service priorities throughout the day
• 
  
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries, appointment requests, billing questions, and account support
• 
  
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

• Previous customer service, call center, dispatching, or scheduling experience preferred
• 
  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage changing priorities

• Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
