West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Richfield branch. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
