Offering a $500.00 hiring bonus after 90 days, this role is based at our Aurora location, working Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The position involves administering drug testing and managing electronic monitoring devices, including installation, maintenance, and data management for alcohol and location monitoring. Responsibilities include client check-ins, scheduling appointments, ensuring compliance, collecting payments, and providing customer service.
Basic qualifications include at least 6 months of customer service experience, a clean background, and willingness to travel. Skills required are strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and physical mobility to handle light lifting and positioning.
