What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, reliable connection between our customers and our field team. You’ll:

• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and chat messages
• Support scheduling, billing, and service inquiries
• Deliver professional, empathetic communication that reflects our values
• Help coordinate service appointments and follow up with customers
• Perform administrative tasks and data entry accurately and efficiently
• Multi-tasking to assist technicians and customers meet all needs

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with computers, email, and web-based tools
• Positive, patient, and detail-oriented attitude
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Team player who enjoys connecting with people
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
• Managed small teams or trained others in any setting
• Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, etc.)
