The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution-oriented. You'll schedule service appointments, support our dispatch team, maintain accurate customer information, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first call through job completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound customer calls into booked service appointments.

  • Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance visits, follow up on open opportunities, and support membership and seasonal campaigns.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving customer questions and concerns professionally.

  • Coordinate with dispatch to maximize technician efficiency and appointment availability.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within the company's operating system.

  • Promote maintenance agreements and additional services when appropriate.

  • Communicate effectively with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service, call center, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.

  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other home service industries is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working with computers and learning scheduling or CRM software.

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mentality.

  • ServiceTitan experience is preferred but not required.

$18 - $25 an hour
