Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and learning new skills.
Licensed and experienced insurance professionals are preferred, but motivated candidates who are new to insurance are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- Help customers understand their insurance needs and coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain insurance products and available coverage in an easy-to-understand way.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to help customers with additional coverage.
- Stay current on products, services, and industry information.
- Work with the team to meet customer service and sales goals.
- Learn and use agency computer systems and technology.
What We're Looking For
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed.
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Proactive approach to solving problems.
- Comfortable learning computer systems and new technology.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- Currently licensed and experienced applicants preferred.
- Unlicensed candidates are welcome to apply if willing to obtain their insurance license within 4–6 weeks of employment.
