This is a temporary to hire role. Once hired direct by the company the position would provide Health, Vision, Dental, and Retirement.

Responsibilities


  • Manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls. Always uphold professional demeanor. Ensure each customer is given the time necessary to have their issue resolved.
  • Be well versed in the company products, services, and the customer accounts while demonstrating proper phone dialog.
  • Effectively handle all customer grievances, questions, or requests utilizing active listening skills and providing proper solutions.
  • Perform data entry to customer records from invoices, and payments using Microsoft Office and any other computer software required.
  • Aid the sales team by informing customers of products and/or services while interacting with them.
  • Processing payments or reimbursements either over the phone or through digital platforms.
  • Perpetuate precise documentation of all customer inquiries, grievances, and solutions for any future issue that may arise.


Requirements
  • Experience in call center work and/or customer service exhibiting strong communication skills.
  • Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Office products and overall computer skills.
  • Superb phone protocol and utilizing active listening skills to build relationships with customers.
  • The ability to type at least 40 WPM and accurately input data into the company system.
  • Any former participation in outbound calling campaigns is a positive metric.
  • Powerful scrutiny in discovery of customer requirements and to propose the correct remedy.
  • Any previous involvement in cash management, sales, or customer service is favorable.
