Customer Service Representative

Canton, GA

• Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Express is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join one of our great clients in Canton! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders, answering product questions, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.

• Process customer orders and enter information accurately into the system.

• Answer product questions and provide information on pricing, availability, and lead times.

• Prepare customer quotes and provide order status updates.

• Assist with returns, backorders, billing questions, and other customer concerns.

• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounting departments to ensure customer needs are met.

• Identify opportunities for repeat orders and additional products.

• Provide product support and learn the company's industrial automation products.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required.

• ** NetSuite experience is a must.**

• 2–4 years of B2B customer service experience,** preferably in industrial automation, electrical distribution, or manufacturing.**

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Experience with order processing and customer relationship management systems.
