Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and delivery drivers. In this role, you will help ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating delivery updates, and processing order changes.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolutions.

• Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

• Monitor delivery route progress and coordinate updates as needed.

• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps.

• Process delivery order changes, updates, and cancellations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of related experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure while delivering a positive customer experience.

• Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes as requested by management.

Work Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday.

• Available shifts: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.

• The schedule may change based on management requirements.
