Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Carlsbad, CA, offering a hybrid work schedule. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, resolving inquiries, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will communicate professionally with customers, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels, providing timely and professional assistance
• Research and resolve customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and document interactions in internal system
• Process customer requests, orders, service changes, and related administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure a consistent customer experience
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate resolutions and improve customer satisfaction
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity, quality, and response-time expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time-management abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service

• Compensation: $22.00 per hour
