Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is integral in ensuring exceptional support and satisfaction for customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved.
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
• Meet established customer service and performance goals.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
