Customer Service Representative

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative position at our Prime Turbines, Carrollton, Texas location.

Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of PAG’s products and services. This role requires strong collaboration with the Customer Service Manager and the Production team to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regularly (weekly/daily) for updates on in-progress jobs via phone or email.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly.
• Manage customer quote approvals, re-quoting as necessary, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, warehouse, and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
• Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes.

Essential Job Functions

• Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems (Quantum/Component Control) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal instructions in English, with basic math skills.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Possess knowledge of the aviation industry and airline Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.

Working Conditions

• Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent walking, bending, and reaching. Occasional squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20 pounds. Repetitive hand movement, eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity required. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range necessary.

Work Location: Prime Turbines, Carrollton (Dallas), Texas.

Education/Training

• High school diploma required; a college degree in a business-related field is preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.
