Position Summary:
Provides excellence in customer service through a strong understanding of customer needs, strong project management skills and focused on completing assignments. Ability to build customer relationships through strong interpersonal skills and problem solving capabilities.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- At least two years of relevant experience in the field or in a related area is required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, including MAS200
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles assigned customer territory with skill and professionalism taking care of the customer's needs and requirements
- Confirms inventory availability or production schedule and communicates estimated ship date to customer
- Follows up daily on customer orders
- Follows special shipping and processing instructions per customer
- Confirms customer pricing as needed
- Takes and process return of goods authorization request
- Knowledgeable in performing the order entry function
- Keeps customer service manager informed of customer activity such as satisfaction with service, quality, new opportunities, complaints, etc.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Performs other duties as assigned
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Work is usually performed in a typical interior/office environment
- Physical demands of the position are sitting, walking, and constant viewing of the computer screen
