Customer Service Representative

Core Job Duties
Front Desk Operations: Greet incoming members and guests, scan memberships, and answer phone calls.
Membership Management: Sign up new members, give facility tours, process account updates, and handle basic billing inquiries.
Facility Maintenance: Clean and sanitize workout equipment, tidy the floor, and clean locker rooms and bathrooms throughout the shift.
Customer Support: Answer questions about club policies, support the "Judgement Free Zone" environment, and escalate complex issues to managers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills: Basic computer skills and strong communication or customer service experience.
Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for long shifts (up to 8 hours), lift up to 50 pounds, and handle routine cleaning supplies. [1, 2]
