Customer Service Representative

• Education: High school diploma (or equivalent). A Two-year degree in liberal arts or a communication field is highly valued.

• Experience: Minimum two years of experiencein an administrative, customer service, or sales setting.

• Technical Skills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales management software.

• Pace & Focus:Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment with frequent interruptions.

• Soft Skills:Superior communication skills, strong attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.

Previous experience with Parking Permit Sales.

Core Responsibilities

• Process Sales:Execute parking permit sales transactions efficiently, including end-of-day review and financial reconciliation.

• Customer Support:Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally via phone and email.

• Software Troubleshooting:Provide hands-on customer service and troubleshooting assistance for our permit sales software.

• Problem Resolution:Communicate with internal departments and external customers to research and resolve complex issues.

• Identify Trends:Track recurring issues in calls and email correspondence, reporting findings to the Supervisor to help improve processes.

• Administrative Duties:Assist in developing staff resolutions, ensure reporting accuracy, flag data discrepancies, and perform other administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
