To thrive/succeed as the Customer Service Representative, you should have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing service, sales, retail, or a related role, with a strong focus on building positive client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Proactive sales mindset with the confidence and willingness to conduct outbound customer outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Floral industry experience preferred, along with familiarity with CRM systems, Point of Sale (POS) software, Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work comfortably in and out of refrigerated areas.

Your responsibilities as the Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Process customer orders, transactions, and purchases accurately while identifying opportunities to promote additional products, services, or quantity discounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, transaction records, and related documentation within the CRM and other business systems.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with branch and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
