Customer Service Representative

Cashier / Front of House (Kup & Go - Clarksville)

We are opening a new fast-casual Korean restaurant, Kup & Go, located on Madison Street. We serve Korean Kupbap (Rice Bowls), Kimbap (Korean seaweed rolls - no raw fish!), Boba, and more. We are currently looking for reliable Front of House staff to join our opening team.

What you will do:

• Take orders at the register and help customers understand our menu.
• Make Boba and special house drinks (we will train you on this).
• Pack to-go bags quickly and accurately for mobile orders, DoorDash, and curbside pickups.
• Keep the front counter and dining area clean during your shift.

What we expect from you:

Reliability: You must show up on time. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for no-call/no-shows.

Focus: No personal cell phone use while you are on the clock.

Teamwork: We get busy during lunch and dinner. We run a 50/50 tip pool, so everyone needs to pull their weight and help each other out.

Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but not required if you are willing to learn.
