Legacy Staffing has partnered with Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH to hire Customer Service Representatives within their Access Services Department. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $18-21/hour based on experience and skill level. This role focuses on providing exceptional front-line customer support within a fast-paced, ever-changing office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors
- Assist with questions, requests, and issue resolution in a professional manner
- Utilize multiple computer systems and office technologies daily
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and department needs
- Learn and apply new systems, processes, and procedures efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Strong customer service or front-line support experience
- Comfortable working with computers, systems, and office technology
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate complex situations
- Quick learner with strong critical thinking skills
- Professional, patient, and adaptable demeanor
