What Youll Do As a Customer Service Representative, youll help customers find financial solutions while providing exceptional service both in the office and in the field.

Build positive, lasting relationships with customers Assist with loan applications, payments, and account management Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls Follow up on accounts and past-due balances Conduct field visits to assist customers with payments when needed Answer questions and resolve customer concerns professionally Promote our financial services and help grow our customer base Maintain accurate customer records and transactions Follow company procedures for cash handling, collections, and office security

No financial services experience? We provide training to help you learn our processes and succeed in your role!

What Were Looking For

Customer service experience preferred (1+ year) Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling account collections Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation required for field visits English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position with 8-hour shifts Primarily Monday-Friday schedule Occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on business needs Availability to work the last Saturday of every month is required Weekday schedules and days off may be adjusted when Saturday shifts are scheduled
