Smith Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team!

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an inbound call center environment who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

This position involves handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with daily customer service operations.

In addition to hourly pay, this position offers opportunities to earn extra income through outbound customer calls and commission-based appointment setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and wants to increase their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.

• Schedule service appointments for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services.

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule maintenance, follow up on service opportunities, and generate appointments.

• Earn additional commissions through qualifying outbound calls and booked appointments.

• Assist with dispatching and coordinating technician schedules.

• Accurately enter and update customer information in company systems.

• Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and team members.

• Handle customer questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

• Support daily operations and help the customer service department meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume inbound call center or customer service phone environment is required.

• Ability to manage a steady volume of incoming calls while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to succeed.

• Experience with appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
