Customer Service Representative

We have 5 openings! Do you have customer service experience? Do you have a background in working in a call center? Do you love helping people over the phone?

If you said yes! Please read on! This is a temp to hire position, we are located in Santa Ana very close to the 55 freeway! Hours 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule in-home screenings.

- Provide detailed information about the screening process and answer any questions members may have.

- Verify and update member information in the database.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with members.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless scheduling process.

- Follow up with members as necessary to confirm appointments and address any concerns.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Prior experience with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

- Fluency in multiple languages would be a bonus. Bilingual Mandarin, Spanish, Farsi, or Vietnamese preferred.

Pay $20.00 an hour.
