Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Denver

Pay:

$41,600 - $63,000 a year

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who would be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism while ensuring the efficient booking of loads to optimize fleet movement. This individual would be responsible for assisting customers through various channels, adhere to all company/DOT policies, and assist with building a strong professional relationship with all customers.

Education/Experience: to perform this job successfully, it is preferred an individual have:

• A High School Diploma or a GED
• Prior Customer Service Experience
