Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Financial Services / Wealth Management for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from internal and external clients
- Assist with online accesses and educate clients on account services and capabilities.
- Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries.
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks.
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.
- Adhere to daily schedule by being available to take inbound calls as scheduled
- Ensure account verification procedures are followed.
- Escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:- Have basic computer troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Customer Centric
- Experience – 1- 5 years of experience in call center environment, ideally in a Financial Services industry
- EDU requirements – High school or equivalent, college degree preferred
