CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $17.82/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch

ROLE IMPACT
Provide accurate cash-handling and customer service support in a fast-paced environment. Success in this assignment requires dependable cash transaction experience, attention to detail, and a professional approach when assisting customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process cash transactions accurately and follow established cash-handling procedures.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.
• Maintain accuracy and accountability when handling funds.
• Support daily operational and administrative needs as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous cash-handling experience is required.
• Customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Comfortable completing a virtual interview before assignment selection.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Cash-handling and transaction processing systems
• Point-of-sale (POS) or financial transaction systems
• Standard office and communication tools
