Customer Service Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our client's healthcare team in Dallas, TX 75246. This is a 6 months contract with a possible extension.

Schedule:  Friday–Tuesday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Location:  Dallas, TX 75246
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 6 months + Possibility to extension
Pay Range: $17.00 to $18/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 

• Answer calls from patients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Document and dispatch work requests.
• Monitor doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV alarms.
• Assist with workflow and assignments for patient transporters.
• Participate in departmental projects and suggest process improvements.
• Handle difficult situations and provide conflict resolution when needed.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Customer service and administrative support experience preferred.
• Healthcare, call center, or dispatch experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
