Position Overview<\/b>

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative<\/b> to provide exceptional support to fans, season ticket holders, and clients. This role is crucial for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone interacting with the team.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Respond promptly and courteously to fan inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Assist with ticket sales, account management, and event information.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, and operations teams to communicate updates and promotions.

  • Provide support during game days and special events as needed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall fan experience.

    Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or fan relations.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong problem -solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.

    • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
