POSITION OVERVIEW

CornerStone Staffing is seeking energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals for an upcoming Customer Service Representative I – Personal Lines Insurance training class.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy assisting customers, demonstrate strong communication skills, and are eager to develop their careers in the insurance industry.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Previous call center or insurance experience is a plus, but candidates with strong customer service backgrounds and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional, courteous customer service while assisting with personal lines insurance inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information regarding insurance services and processes.
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting customer interactions accurately.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Follow established company procedures, service standards, and training guidelines.
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Previous call center or insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new systems and navigating multiple applications.
• Ability to remain professional, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to completing the training program.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

INTERVIEW & ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS

• Interviews: Thursday, November 12, 2026
• Training Begins: Monday, November 16, 2026
• Candidates must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and background checks before the training start date.
