$17/hour

Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Dallas, TX. This position supports the mortgage tax industry by researching property tax information, contacting government agencies, and maintaining accurate records.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, administrative, call center, or data entry experience who enjoy research, problem-solving, and phone-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on property tax records using online resources and databases.
  • Make outbound calls to county, city, and government agencies to obtain and verify property tax information.
  • Accurately enter and update information within internal systems.
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Review records for completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, administrative, or data entry experience.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong computer and internet research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Call center experience.
  • Experience with data research, records management, or administrative support.
  • Experience interacting with government agencies or public records offices.
  • Background in mortgage, property tax, title, real estate, or related industries is a plus, but not required.
