Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our sales center. You will be the main point of contact for customers and a key link between our sales team and plant departments. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping information accurate, and working with a team, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate person, and resolve calls related to orders, quotes, and other requests
- Respond to customer inquiries about order tracking, order expediting, and product availability
- Perform order entry at the sales invoicing level and request products from supply plants
- Notify customers of potential backorders, credit issues, order availability, and other order-related updates
- Act as a liaison between the sales center and plant departments, gathering necessary information and responding appropriately
- Process paperwork required for the daily operation of the sales center
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience; experience in the door industry is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and customers
- Working knowledge of PCs and related software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong math skills
- Willingness to learn our products and processes and to work as part of a team
