In this role, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that our clients rely on. Youll play a crucial part in making sure everyone who interacts with our agency feels valued and well-supported. Salary Range: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, providing helpful and friendly support.

Assist clients with policy inquiries, making changes, and resolving issues.

Process policy endorsements and new business applications accurately.

Work closely with our agents to ensure seamless client experiences.

Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system.

Overall just being a helping hand around the office.

Previous customer service experience is a strong plus.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Licensed preferred but not a requirement, if someone would like to potentially grow into a sales position that could be an option as well but not mandatory.
