In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued members, ensuring theyhave a positive and welcoming experience every time they visit.Responsibilities:* Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude.* Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.* Process membership applications, payments, and cancellations efficiently.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.* Promote gym services, programs, and memberships to potential customers.* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing class registrations.* Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.* Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and inventory management.Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.* Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.* Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus.* Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.About Us:Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness has been a staple in the Denver community, dedicated to providing a non-intimidating gym environment since our inception.
