Customer Service Representative
Location: Euclid, OH (onsite)
Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support industrial distributor customers.

Responsibilities include:
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Preparing and providing quotes
- Coordinating shipment of orders with the warehouse
- Sending invoices and issuing credits for short shipments and returns
- Preparing and sending material certifications and certification packages to customers
- Following up with customers and resolving problems and complaints

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience entering orders in an ERP or order management system
- First consideration will be given to candidates with inside sales or customer service experience supporting fastener distributors or MRO companies
