**THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE**

Are people and exotic pets your passion?  You might be just the person we're looking for!  We're seeking a friendly, self-motivated individual for the full-time Customer Service Representative position in our Customer Service Department.  As a member of the Customer Service Department, your voice and actions would greatly impact customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Full-time (40 per week), Monday through Friday OR Sunday through Thursday, schedule varying between 10 AM to 7 PM
$16.00/hour

Day-to-day tasks include:
Assisting customers with questions, orders, shipping issues, etc. via phone, email, and chat
Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
Communicating with other departments to obtain information
Taking calls and responding to emails and chats daily
Cross-training with other departments
Using multiple programs at one time

For this position, you MUST possess:
Knowledge of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and other relevant animals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly disposition
High-volume call center experience
The ability to navigate between multiple screens
Availability to help cover call-ins and vacations

Special consideration is given to those with:
3+ years of call center experience
Experience with Gorgias
Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System
Bilingualism (Spanish and English)
