Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Exeter, PA team. This is a great opportunity for dependable communicators who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive call center environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for established customers by phone and email. You’ll answer questions, provide order and delivery updates, and help resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

• Support established customers by phone and email with timely, accurate service
• Provide order and delivery updates and help resolve customer concerns
• Partner with internal teams, carriers, and suppliers when additional support is needed
• Identify customer needs and offer recommendations when appropriate
• Meet performance standards while maintaining a positive, efficient customer experience

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, email, and data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Sales or customer service experience in a call center is preferred, but not required
• Bilingual English/French or English/Spanish skills are highly valued

Work Environment

• Periodic travel may be required, including overnight stays to attend trade shows
• Must be able to lift freight up to 50 pounds
