This full-time position requires working one weekend day with shifts from 6am to 2pm.
Essential duties include greeting members and guests, providing excellent customer service, answering phones, checking IDs, signing up new members, and giving club tours.
Responsibilities also involve updating member accounts, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring the club remains clean and safe.
Tasks include sanitizing restrooms and gym equipment, stocking supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and following lost and found policies.
Qualifications include a customer service background, basic computer skills, a passion for fitness, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Physical demands include standing, walking, talking, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and chemical cleaning. Employees are employed by the franchisee, not the franchisor.
