What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and help them when they come in
• Help with drop-offs and pick-ups at the front counter
• Answering questions about cleaning and clothing care
• Sort and check clothing items
• Enter customer orders into the system
• Process payments (card-only — no cash handling)
• Help keep the store clean and organized

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is friendly and positive, willing to learn and has a great attitude
• Pays attention to details
• Is responsible and shows up on time
• Works well with others

Worked in fast food, restaurants, or on a team before? That’s a bonus—but not required!

Requirements

No previous experience in Dry Cleaning required

Previous customer service experience an asset

Must have a flexible schedule

Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time

Strong attention to detail

Proficient with Windows-based computers

Able to lift up to 50lbs

Able to carry orders outside to cars in all weather conditions
