Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative

• 
  
• Handle approximately 10-15 customer calls daily regarding returns, refunds, claims, order issues, and general inquiries
• 
  
• Process retail account orders, returns, product availability requests, and shipping coordination
• 
  
• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and e-commerce platforms
• 
  
• Monitor online marketplace orders and assist with customer communications across multiple channels
• 
  
• Coordinate with internal departments and fulfillment partners to resolve customer concerns efficiently

• Maintain accurate records and update customer information within company systems
• 
  
• Deliver professional and timely service while ensuring a positive customer experience

Qualifications - Customer Service Representative

• Strong customer service and telephone communication skills
• 
  
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
