This role is designed as a foundational stepping stone for someone eager to learn our business from the inside out and grow into a Field Sales Account Executive.You’ll start by immersing yourself in every aspect of the FASTSIGNS workflow—getting hands-on exposure to graphic design, production, installation, and daily customer interaction. As you master the core operations and product offerings, you’ll transition toward building relationships in the field and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Service: Serve as a primary initial point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email inquiries. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend optimal sign/graphics solutions.
- Workflow & Estimating: Prepare accurate project estimates, create detailed work orders, and manage jobs through completion to ensure timely delivery.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work directly with our graphic designers and production/installation technicians to understand feasibility, turnarounds, and job specs.
- Path to Sales: Learn our product lines, client base, and local market while gradually prospecting new business opportunities and shadowing client meetings to prepare for a Field Sales transition.
- Team Participation: Active involvement in daily team huddles, business plan execution, and center marketing strategies.
