Customer Service Representative - Fridays and Saturdays

Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Mini-Hops Gymnastics is seeking part-time, enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team for evenings (4-9pm or 5-9pm) and Saturdays (8am-5pm or 12pm-5pm).

Qualifications:

• Must be personable.
• Able to multi-task.
• Enjoys helping children and families.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Explaining programming.
• Registration of athletes.
• Answering phones and email.
• Cleaning and projects.

Customer Service Representatives work with families and coaches to provide the best possible experience at Mini-Hops.
