Job Highlights
Handle high volumes of inbound calls while delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service
Navigate multiple systems and databases quickly to resolve customer inquiries
Assist with order placement, product information, pricing, invoicing issues, credits, and returns

Candidate Profile
1+ year of customer service experience required
High-volume inbound call center experience preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
